Directions for arriving by car
Arriving via Madingley
If arriving from Madingley (A 428, M11 Jn 13) or Huntingdon Road (Histon, A14) or Chesterton Road (Milton), turn onto Queen’s Road and drive towards the Silver Street Junction. Parking is available on Queen’s Road. Walk forward, past the Silver Street junction, past Darwin College and Granta Pub on your left and Rice Boat is just two doors away on the left, after the boating lake.
Arriving via Barton Road
If you are coming along Barton Road (M11 Jn 12, Sandy, Barton), turn onto Newnham Road and park along the green. Walk across the roundabout, with the Shell garage to your left and the restaurant is up ahead, just past Domenic’s Hairdressers.
Arriving via Trumpington Road
If coming along Trumpington Road, turn left at the mini roundabout onto Fen Causeway, drive up to the roundabout in front of the Shell garage and take the first exit onto Newnham Road to park along the green, on the left. Walk to the restaurant as shown in the previous paragraph.
