Dosa is a crepe made using fermented rice and lentil batter. Masala dosa is one that is crisp and has potato masala stuffed in it. These crispy crepes are quite addictive and delicious and we serve it with a small portion of sambar and coconut chutney. The platter also has a portion of mini urad dhal fritters, with a soft pillowy texture inside and a slightly crisp outside
